METHODS SERVICE TECHNICAL ASSISTANT M/F

As part of a replacement, I am recruiting a TECHNICAL DATA MANAGER m-f, on a CDI contract.

Within the Methods department, your missions will be:

• Codify customer orders with a complex drawing structure,
• Improve the ERP configurator by adding new sub-assemblies or creating rules,
• Provide technical support to other departments in areas related to technical data,
• Manage or actively participate in technical data projects (labels, drafting work instructions...),
• Analyze workshop QRQC, Customer Complaints, product improvement, and provide efficient and exhaustive processing,
• Ensure that documents related to orders (Control sheet, identification label, user manuals,) comply with customer needs and initiate necessary actions if needed,
• Update technical data and process product improvements that do not require analysis,
• Clean technical data in the ERP under the supervision of the manager,
• Create the technical data necessary for the operation of the configurator for new product ranges

CONDITIONS AND REMUNERATION

CDI - desired start date 15/07 Day shifts, flexible: 35h from Monday to Friday Salary: from 2500e gross monthly + teleworking possible + mileage allowances + participation bonus + profit-sharing bonus + 13th month

• Master reading drawings and electrical diagrams
• Master SAP or another ERP
• Master written and spoken English
• Knowledge of information flows related to the ERP
• Knowledge of configurators within an ERP
• Knowledge of different manufacturing processes and the final purpose of the product.
• Know all the products on site and be a referent in the field of action of the associated department
• Good mastery of IT tools (dashboards, databases, ERP...)
• Know how to create a routing and a bill of materials within an ERP
• Demonstrate rigor
