Your tasks

As a true negotiation expert, you will be responsible for ensuring the stable and sustainable growth of the company. To achieve this, your main missions will be as follows:

• Sourcing optimization and supplier negotiation: You negotiate the best purchasing conditions (price, lead times, quantities, quality) while ensuring compliance with specifications and current standards. You actively work to strengthen and diversify the supplier network.
• Product range management: As a product manager, you drive the listing and evolution of the range, ensuring compliance with market needs.
• Stock management and procurement: You ensure stock optimization based on supplier performance, notably by analyzing stockout thresholds and anticipating needs to avoid service interruptions.
• Market opportunity analysis: You are constantly looking for new business opportunities and specific products to meet customer demands and market evolutions.
• Supplier portfolio management: You select, evaluate, and audit suppliers to guarantee high-quality collaboration and support company performance.
• Drafting and management of technical documents: You draft product technical sheets and manage media resources.
• Technical support to internal departments: You provide support to sales teams, tenders, and other internal departments by sharing your product expertise.
• Collaboration and team supervision: You work in close collaboration with a purchasing assistant to ensure the proper management of flows and priorities.

Requirements

• Fluent English is essential to interact with international suppliers.
• Mastery of negotiation tools: Proven competence in negotiating commercial and contractual conditions.
• Excellent mastery of Excel and the Office pack for data analysis and purchasing management.
• Writing skills: Ability to draft clear and precise technical documents and reports.
• Team spirit and autonomy: You are capable of working independently while contributing to the collective dynamic.

You hold a degree in the purchasing sector and have proven successful experience in a similar position.

• 40kEUR gross monthly over 13 months
