The role: VIP Executive Location: Roma / Work mode: Hybrid Contract type: Full-time / Permanent Salary Range: 30.000K / 40.000K
Your role
You will join the VIP team and be responsible for:
- Ensuring direct and customized contact for the VIP customer, ensuring that requests are handled immediately and in line with the company's VIP customer management and expectation strategies;
- Ensuring that the VIP customer receives the priority assistance reserved for them, with the level of service and attention required for high-value customers;
- Ensuring contact activities, including outbound, for the VIP customer in line with defined marketing strategies;
- Ensuring that the user experience of the managed VIP customer is in line with expectations and guaranteeing interventions and actions useful to improve it;
- Ensuring the organization, support, and participation in special events for VIP customers in order to strengthen the relationship and ensure the best experience for them;
- Performing constant fine tuning of the performance of the VIP customers under management in order to propose and develop customized actions, promotions, and management useful to guarantee the achievement of the business objectives defined for the VIP customers under management;
- Ensuring the reporting of assigned activities in order to ensure a constant and useful flow of information for the development of an increasingly efficient and effective VIP customer management strategy.
Who we are looking for
- High school diploma or University degree;
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship skills;
- Ability to work in a team;
- Previous experience gained in similar positions and/or product development;
- Strong motivational skills and creativity;
- Ability to move autonomously, flexibly, dynamically, and with strong initiative;
- Passion for the most popular sports in Italy, deep knowledge of the sporting world and the gaming sector;
- Excellent ability to use the Office package and the main business management tools;
- Ability to handle all information encountered with confidentiality;
- Good knowledge of the English language;
The position is full time.
