BARTENDER / MIXOLOGIST

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages for bar and restaurant patrons.
• Interact with guests, take orders, and provide personalized drink recommendations based on their preferences.
• Mix ingredients to craft both classic cocktails and innovative signature drinks.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar environment at all times.
• Restock and replenish bar inventory, garnishes, and supplies.
• Process payments accurately and operate the POS system.
• Strictly adhere to all food and beverage safety, hygiene, and local alcohol regulations (including checking IDs for legal drinking age).

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Proven work experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a reputable bar, hotel, or restaurant.
• Extensive knowledge of spirits, classic cocktail recipes, mixing techniques, and garnishing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a highly customer-oriented approach.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High standard of personal hygiene and professional grooming.
• Fluent in spoken and written English (additional languages are a plus).
• A certification or diploma in Hospitality, Bartending, or Mixology is highly preferred.
