Business Development Manager

Pay: 3,500.00 (SGD) - 4,000.00 (SGD) per month

Salary:

3.5k to 4k Basic + commissions and incentives

We’re looking for someone who enjoys meeting people, building connections and developing new business opportunities. You’ll be involved in client engagement, outreach and relationship building within the financial services sector, with training and mentorship provided.

What you’ll do

• Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients
• Identify and follow up on new business opportunities
• Support outreach, networking and client engagement activities
• Understand clients’ needs and provide relevant support
• Contribute to business growth and lead-generation initiatives
• Gain exposure to products and services within the financial services sector

What we’re looking for

• Local Diploma or Degree holders
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable meeting and engaging with new people
• Self-motivated, proactive and willing to learn
• Interest in the financial services sector
• Fresh graduates are welcome
