IT Project Manager (m/f/d)

Pronexos is an ETC company that offers specialized manufacturing products and services for high-tech industries, with a particular focus on carbon fiber products. Stornetic offers high-quality technology solutions in the form of flywheel systems with a focus on sustainable energy supply.

ETC currently employs around 800 people at its five locations in Capenhurst (United Kingdom), Jülich (Germany), Almelo (Netherlands), Tricastin (France), and Eunice (USA) and is growing due to the increasing global demand for low-CO₂ energy.

Tasks:

• You will lead small to complex IT projects for the IT department at all locations
• You will take over all project management tasks, including project time, milestone, resource, and budget planning, as well as status reporting
• You will plan and coordinate IT solutions and be responsible for requirements and risk management, system design, testing, deployment, training, as well as communication
• You will identify risks and problems, develop suitable solutions, and implement measures for risk minimization
• You will work closely with other project managers and specialist departments to identify and coordinate project dependencies
• You will report regularly on the project status to IT management and the clients

Requirements:

• You have a completed university degree or IT vocational training with corresponding professional experience or a comparable qualification
• You bring experience in project management from conception to implementation
• You are proficient in common project management methods (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2, or PMP/PMBOK) and apply them confidently
• You impress with strong communication skills as well as an analytical and result-oriented way of working
• You work in a team-oriented manner and lead project teams to success in a motivating way
• You have very good written and spoken English skills
• You are flexible and willing to travel
