Claims Executive - Major Medical Expenses

Important insurance broker specialized in Major Medical Expenses, in constant growth, seeks to incorporate into its work team a: Claims Executive

If you have experience in the management of medical expense insurance claims and customer service, and you are passionate about providing close, agile, and quality service, accompanying the insured during each stage of their claims process, this opportunity is for you!

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Administration, Commercial Relations, Business, Law, Nursing, or medicine. (intern or graduated)
2. Minimum verifiable experience of two years as an insurance broker or in an insurance company.
3. Desirable experience as an insurance company medical examiner.
4. Solid knowledge in customer service, claims, reclamations, major medical expenses insurance, or after-sales service.
5. Proficiency in different insurance company portals.
6. Intermediate level Excel management.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide advice and accompaniment to the insured during the process of claims, reclamations, and reimbursements.
2. Provide timely follow-up to different cases, ensuring compliance with response times.
3. Maintain constant communication with clients and insurance companies.
4. Manage service requests, special cases, follow up on endorsements, operational shifts, and portfolio administration.

Offer:

1. Base salary: $15,000 to $18,000 net.
2. Statutory benefits from the first day.
3. Superior statutory benefits upon completion of the probationary period.
4. Rotated shifts every weekend with additional pay.
5. Work modality: 3 days in-person, 2 days home office.
6. Working hours: Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 16:00. Friday from 07:00 to 13:30.
7. Work zone: Álvaro Obregón (Near Plaza Inn).
