About the Role

ENNOVI is looking for an experienced Paralegal or Legal Executive to join our Legal team. This role is based in Singapore and requires someone who is highly motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Our ideal candidate possesses a strong aptitude to learn and adapt quickly and must be passionate about law, compliance, and ethics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparing,formatting, and processing contractual documents (e.g., non-disclosureagreements, supply contracts, service agreements, and other commercialcontracts), including initial review and identification of risk areas forescalation to Legal team.
  • Supporting thepreparation and maintenance of ENNOVI’s standard business terms and contracttemplates in English and other languages (with the support of translationservice providers).
  • Supporting the preparation, updating, and revision of corporate policy documents in English and other languages (with the support of translation service providers).
  • Supporting the development, launch, and management of legal/compliance training programs, including communications, training materials, monitoring activities, and reporting.
  • Supporting all contract management matters, including administering the contract lifecycle management platform, coordinating with internal stakeholders and external parties on document execution and other formalities, and tracking contract status, renewals, and completion deadlines.
  • Conducting legal research and due diligence checks and preparing updates on relevant legal, regulatory, and industry developments.
  • Partnering with internal stakeholders in multiple departments/functions across the globe to support corporate initiatives and projects (including those led by other departments/functions).
  • Providing general administration support to the Legal team, including the maintenance of digital records, filing and safekeeping originals, organization of shared folders, processing invoices, renewal of subscription services, onboarding vendors, and preparing reports and management updates.
  • Supporting the development, implementation, and management of legal/compliance processes and workflows.
  • Assisting with management of Legal team’s expenditure and budgeting, including coordination with law firms and other service providers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar roles (e.g., paralegal, legal executive, contract manager) in the in-house legal department of a multinational corporation (preferred).
  • Experience using contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools, DocuSign (or similar electronic signing services), Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),legal research tools, and other legal operations tools.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) and reasonable proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) (written and spoken) for effective communication with regional colleagues in China.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and build rapport with global colleagues.
  • Respect cultural sensitivities and accommodate time zone differences when required.
  • Ability to draft and review basic contractual documents identify common legal risks.
  • Working knowledge of corporate law, corporate governance, confidentiality, and data protection requirements in Singapore (required) and other jurisdictions in Asia or Europe (preferred).
  • Experience in doing corporate secretarial work (including entity management) for a multinational corporation is an advantage.
  • Meticulous and rigorous approach to work, with strong attention to detail and document management skills, strong ownership, logical analysis skills, and follow-through.
  • Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of professional ethics and strict compliance with confidentiality and data protection requirements.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
