Language Coordinator - English and French

Educational institution seeks a Language Coordinator with proficiency in English and French, responsible for coordinating and supervising the academic and administrative activities of the area, guaranteeing the quality of the educational service and the fulfillment of established objectives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Languages, Language Teaching, Education, or related field.
• Proficiency in English and French.
• English level C1 or higher.
• French level B2–C1 or higher.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in academic coordination, language teaching, or educational management.
• Experience in supervision and monitoring of teachers.
• Proficiency in Office and educational platforms.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Availability to work on-site.

Main functions:

• Coordinate and supervise the academic activities of the language area.
• Prepare and follow up on schedules, groups, and teacher assignments.
• Supervise the performance and fulfillment of activities of the teachers.
• Monitor the academic progress of students.
• Coordinate evaluations and certification processes.
• Address doubts and needs of students and parents.
• Participate in the selection, training, and induction of teachers.
• Prepare academic reports and indicators.
• Propose activities and strategies to strengthen English and French learning.
• Ensure compliance with academic programs and processes.
