Your tasks

Role Description The Field Sales Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Accra, responsible for promoting Enlace’s education services to individuals, families, schools, and community stakeholders. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and engaging prospective clients, scheduling and conducting sales visits, presenting service offerings, and following up to close targeted sales. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with members, collecting market feedback, and supporting outreach campaigns and events. The Field Sales Officer will also handle inquiries, provide accurate information about mentorship programs, learning support, educational tours and activities, and scholarships, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth client onboarding experience. This position requires regular fieldwork within Accra and surrounding areas to meet targets and grow Enlace’s presence.

Requirements

• Demonstrated ability in Sales and Business Relationship Management, with a focus on meeting targets and developing long-term partnerships.
• Strong Client Relations and Customer Service skills to engage families, schools, and community organizations effectively.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear presentation, active listening, and professional email and phone communication.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage time and territory efficiently, and report activities accurately.
• Experience in education services, training, or related sectors is an advantage.
• Minimum of a diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Public Relations or a related field preferred.
• Proficiency with basic digital tools (email, CRM or spreadsheets, presentation software) and willingness to learn new systems.
• Comfort with frequent local travel within Accra and surrounding areas; fluency in English, with additional local languages as a plus.

What we offer

Remuneration works on a base salary plus an additional commission structure.
