eNL is seeking a recent graduate to join our established team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain commercial experience, develop recruitment skills and explore a career within legal recruitment.

THE ROLE
Initially offered on a 3-month basis, with the potential to extend for a further 3 months and, for the right individual, progress into a permanent position. You will receive full training and support while focusing primarily on candidate sourcing, including:
- Sourcing candidates through databases, job boards and online platforms
- Reviewing CVs of suitable candidates
- Speaking with candidates by phone and email
- Building and maintaining candidate relationships
- Updating and managing the candidate database
ABOUT YOU
We are particularly interested in recent graduates with:
- A degree, ideally relating to law or the legal sector
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- An interest in developing a career in recruitment
