Human Resources Manager - Hotel Santa Lucía Jungle Hacienda

We are looking for a Human Resources Manager who will be the person responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the human talent management of a luxury hotel outside the GAM. They are also responsible for ensuring compliance with labor policies, managing organizational climate, professional development of staff, and adequate position coverage to guarantee excellent service and hospitality to guests, through effective hiring, training, and service provision to hosts.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis on Human Resources or a related field.
• Previous experience in Hospitality (indispensable).
• Minimum of 3 to 4 years of experience in positions such as Human Resources Manager.
• Availability to work in the Garabito area (Puntarenas).
• Solid knowledge of labor legislation and current regulations.
• Knowledge of motivation techniques, leadership, and effective human talent management.
• Mastery of recruitment, selection, and personnel development processes.
• Experience in budget preparation and management, as well as payroll management.
• English B2 or higher (indispensable).
• Person with great leadership capacity, team management, conflict resolution skills, persuasion and negotiation skills, high confidentiality, discretion, and professional ethics.
• Proficiency in Office365 tools.
