Enjaz Academy is looking for a skilled Growth Marketing Specialist to support business expansion and develop new marketing opportunities The role focuses on growth ideas customer acquisition market research campaign development and improving conversion across digital channels Responsibilities include Develop and test new growth marketing ideas

Identify new audiences markets and acquisition channels

Support digital marketing campaigns and content planning

Analyze marketing performance and customer behavior

Improve lead quality and conversion rates

Conduct competitor and market research

Develop remarketing and customer retention ideas

Suggest new offers campaigns and promotional opportunities

Work closely with management on growth initiatives

Provide clear reports and recommendations based on results

2 to 5 years of practical digital marketing experience

Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media

Good understanding of Meta Ads and paid advertising

Experience with lead generation and conversion optimization

Strong analytical and problem solving skills

Ability to develop creative marketing ideas

Good understanding of customer journeys and marketing funnels

Ability to work independently on a freelance project basis

Good communication and reporting skills

Experience in education e learning or digital services is preferred

Previous successful marketing projects or portfolio is preferred
