Logistics & Operations Intern

Support the coordination & dispatch of ready-mix concrete trucks. Assist with truck driver scheduling, attendance and daily deployment. Check and verify the drivers’ daily truck inspection checklists to ensure they are properly completed. Follow up with drivers on any missing information, irregularities or reported vehicle issues. Highlight any vehicle defects or abnormalities reported by drivers to the Plant Supervisor. Assist with basic administrative and documentation work related to logistics operations. Assist in monitoring delivery schedules and liaising with drivers and site personnel. Support the Logistics / Ops team in other daily operational duties. Perform other duties asassigned by the supervisor.
