Group Treasurer (M/F)
Job Description:
Crit Experts et Cadres is recruiting, for one of its clients, a large international industrial group, a Front Office Treasurer (M/F) on a permanent contract (CDI), based in Les Ulis (91)
The position is part of a context of reorganization and strengthening of the Finance / Treasury department, within a structured, demanding environment with high exposure to financial markets.
Context and Reporting: Reporting to the Group Treasurer, you will join the Treasury Front Office, a strategic hub responsible for managing financial risks, banking relationships, and optimizing the Group's liquidity.
The Front Office Treasurer's mission is to manage market risks (FX, interest rates, commodities) and optimize liquidity (investments, short-term financing).
Financial Risk Management: FX, interest rates, and commodities (Marine GasOil and Copper)
- Apply hedging strategies in accordance with Group policy
- Execute hedging instruments with banking counterparties
- Record operations and manage the centralization mechanism at the holding company level
- Monitor the realization of exposures (subsidiaries and Group) as well as the effectiveness of hedging operations
- Participate in the production of reporting for management and internal partners
Liquidity Management: Ensure the Group's liquidity by relying on the daily cash position and cash forecasts with the help of the Cash Management Back Office
- Negotiate and execute investment operations with banking counterparties in compliance with Group Policy
- Participate in the production of reporting for management and internal partners
- Implement short-term investment and financing strategies in accordance with Group policy
- Supervise the production of reporting for management and internal partners
Profile Description:
- Main point of contact for bank trading desks in coordination with the treasurer
- Seek the opinion or validation of the Group Treasurer or the Treasurer if necessary
- Main point of contact for bank trading desks
- Autonomous in managing daily activities, particularly risk hedging.
Required Profile: Education in Finance / Accounting (Master's degree from a business school, university, or DSCG. Min. 5 years of experience in consolidation, acquired within an industrial group or in an audit/accounting firm.
- Experience with a consolidation tool (Tagetik or equivalent)
- Knowledge of SAP
- Fluent English (written and oral)
- Mastery of firm and optional derivative instruments (FX, interest rates, commodities), investments (SICAV, DAT), financing (RCF)
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and major financial aggregates: balance sheet, P and L, TFT
- Good knowledge of the IFRS9 standard, particularly hedge accounting principles
- Knowledge of Quantum, Trax, FXAll, and Bloomberg systems is appreciated

Remuneration and Benefits:
