Methods Technician (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of its business development, we are looking for a Methods Technician for our client, specialized in the electronics sector, in Toulouse (31000) on a CDI basis. MISSIONS Participate from the design phase in the study of products to anticipate manufacturing, define manufacturing operating modes, and participate in the development of the product structure (Purchasing and Industrialization) including risk management (SE) Create the manufacturing and control file (tracking sheets, instruction sheets, test procedures, manufacturing diagrams) based on the definition file, integrating aspects related to customer support. Create the operating ranges for cost reporting. Define the typology of tests based on the quantity of products to be manufactured and customer constraints (internal/external) and industrialize complex testing means developed with designers: prepares the definition file, monitors supplies and manufacturing. Manage the fleet of industrial means (ESM, climatic chamber). Manage processes. Write purchase requests, periodic control documents, and the framework for customer documents at the end of manufacturing.

Profile Description:

PROFILE Holder of a BAC+2 in electronics or electrotechnics, you have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. You have a good knowledge of electronic board manufacturing processes and ESD regulations. Your rigor, your pedagogy, and your team spirit will allow you to succeed in this position. Knowledge of IPC A610 is recommended.

Position requiring an administrative inquiry and access to Diffusion Restreinte Spécial France documents according to IGI 1300.
