Non-Destructive Testing Methods Manager (M/F)

Job Description:

You wish to take responsibility for a testing activity at the heart of an industrial site producing metallurgical parts intended for demanding sectors. Our client, a recognized industrial player in the design and manufacture of high-tech metallurgical equipment and components, is recruiting its future NDT Testing Manager (M/F).

Your challenge:

Guarantee the compliance of products delivered to customers by driving all non-destructive testing activities and supporting a team of specialists in an environment where quality requirements are a key success factor.

A true field manager, you will be the preferred interlocutor for production, quality, and maintenance teams, as well as customers and inspection bodies.

Your main responsibilities: Manage, lead, and develop the skills of your team of inspectors Organize human and material resources to meet production requirements Drive testing activities and ensure their integration into the industrial flow Guarantee product compliance with normative, regulatory, and contractual requirements Supervise the processing of non-conformities and participate in root cause analysis Ensure relations with customers during inspections and audits Ensure the availability, compliance, and performance of testing equipment Actively contribute to continuous improvement processes and the overall performance of the site Enforce Quality, Safety, and Environment standards

Profile Description:

You have at least 5 years of successful experience in an NDT Testing Manager or Supervisor role, acquired in a demanding industrial environment.

Ideally, you possess: A COFREND level 2 certification (Penetrant Testing preferred) Solid knowledge of non-destructive testing processes Experience in managing technical teams Good mastery of industrial quality standards (ISO 9001, RCC-M or equivalent) An operational level of technical English.
