Environment-Hygiene-Safety Manager in Industry (M/F)

Job Description:

As part of its business development, we are looking for an HSE Coordinator for our client in the Montargois area (45200) on a CDI basis.

Your missions, under the responsibility of the HSE Manager, will be as follows: Lead the analysis of industrial risks and propose actions to improve working conditions, safety, and compliance with environmental requirements; Propose an annual HSE action plan; Advise and assist the various stakeholders of the company; Participate in the HSE Network; Ensure the application and compliance with current legislative and regulatory provisions; Manage relations with official organizations; Ensure the monitoring and reporting of indicators (ATAA, ATSA, environmental data, etc.); Organize and lead HSE audits and training; Coordinate ergonomic actions and studies conducted within the site's departments; Ensure communication on-site in connection with HSE issues.

Profile Description:

The profile sought by our client is a person having: An engineering degree or Master's degree (BAC+5) with a specialization in HYGIENE, SAFETY, ENVIRONMENT; Experience in a factory or industry is desired; Knowledge of HSE standards, tools, and methodologies (ISO 14 001/ ISO 45 001/ root cause analysis, AMDEC); To be Bilingual or Multilingual (English mandatory).
