Job Description:

The firm CRIT Experts et Cadres is recruiting for one of its clients, specialized in the industrial sector, an ISO Process Engineer (M/F) based in Calais (62100). Your main missions: Conduct studies and meetings with all employees (operators/technicians); Establish medium and long-term schedules and seek solutions to correct malfunctions; Also propose and participate in the improvement of production tools (purchase of new machines or equipment, adaptation or change of machine location, etc.); Participate in process qualifications, raw materials, and specific products; Participate in the definition of the preventive maintenance plan for tooling and line set-ups and ensure compliance with preventive maintenance of the lines; Monitor production performance (daily); Analyze manufacturing follow-ups (manufacturing notebooks, incident sheets, notices and orders in SAP, exchanges with supervisors and operators); Ensure the application of QHSE rules; Participate in continuous improvement; Define the necessary action plan for the S,Q,C,D optimization of the lines; Be an actor in the implementation of new production capacities; Lead local logistics and continuous improvement projects (QRQC, SMED, 5 Why, ROI); Ensure technical support to production; Assist the cell manager in their function.

For this position based in Calais (62100), we offer a CDI, with remuneration between 45,000 EUR and 50,000 EUR gross per year. The recruitment process will include a pre-selection by us, an interview with the manager, and then an HR interview.

Profile Description:

Coming from a generalist Engineer training or possessing a technical specialty (extrusion, laser, welding, mechanics), you have significant experience in an industrial environment including management experience. You possess solid general knowledge in mechanics and automated systems, as well as mastery of certain specific processes (laser, forming, extrusion). Equipped with a strong culture oriented towards Lean management, you are recognized for your factual approach to problem-solving. Operational technical English (written and oral) is imperative to succeed in this position.
