Job Description:
As part of its business development, we are looking for our client, specialized in the industrial sector of optimizing production processes while reducing their environmental impact, a Business Manager in HENNEBONT - 56700.
Main Missions 1. Technical management and design of installations
Perform on-site dimension surveys Take precise measurements to design suitable installations.
Design layout plans in collaboration with the design office Develop overall plans (e.g., layout of a filtration system or a shot blasting machine) Use drawing software (Inventor, & AutoCAD) to produce clear technical documents.
- Project coordination and supplier management
Consult suppliers Request quotes for installations
Negotiate prices and place orders Obtain the best rates under hierarchical supervision.
Place orders while respecting internal procedures.
Organize construction sites Plan human and material resources required.
Coordinate internal and external teams (subcontractors, partners) Monitor construction sites Verify compliance with deadlines, costs, and quality.
Conduct field audits
Alert Management in case of technical or commercial deviations.
- Commissioning, maintenance, and continuous improvement
Perform commissioning and adjustments Ensure the initial commissioning of installations at the client's site.
Optimize technical parameters (e.g., air flow, pressure) Inspect existing installations Diagnose technical problems (e.g., filter clogging, wear) Propose improvement solutions (maintenance, modifications).
Profile Description:
You will be responsible for Analyzing client needs and designing solutions (aeraulic networks, layout plans, etc.) Project coordination (construction sites, suppliers, internal teams) Rigorous monitoring of deadlines, costs, and performance using a dedicated Project Dashboard Commissioning and maintenance of installations, in collaboration with clients and partners.
Your expertise will combine: Mastery of drawing software to read and interpret technical plans.
Fluent English to communicate with German partners.
Strong interpersonal skills to understand client challenges and translate them into technical solutions.
Organizational rigor to manage complex industrial projects.
A keen sense of organization and negotiation to manage complex projects.
