About the company

As part of the development of new industrial projects, we are looking for an Industrialization Project Manager to lead industrialization projects and industrial transfers in an international environment.

Your tasks

You will be responsible for coordinating the various stages of projects, from the launch phase to their industrial implementation, while ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Lead new industrialization projects and industrial transfers.

Coordinate the various teams and monitor project progress.

Guarantee compliance with quality, cost, and deadline objectives.

Ensure the interface between technical and industrial teams and the various project stakeholders.

Monitor the production implementation stages and identify any potential risks or bottlenecks.

Collaborate with international teams, particularly in India.

Requirements

With higher education in industrial or mechanical engineering, you have proven experience in industrial project management and/or industrialization.

Ideally, you possess the following skills Experience in leading industrial projects and production transfers.

Good knowledge of machining processes and mechanical production environments.

Mastery of project management tools and methods.

Professional English is essential for communicating with international stakeholders.

The position involves interactions with international teams, particularly in India.
