Scientist Bioanalysis LC-MS in Pharma

Job Description

Do you want to contribute to the development of new medicines in an innovative R&D environment? In this laboratory-oriented role, you will support research projects with advanced bioanalytical analyses and methods. You will combine practical lab work with data interpretation and method development, and with your expertise in LC-MS, you will make a direct contribution to decisions within drug research.

You will work within a team that provides bioanalytical support for various therapeutic domains and different molecule types.

Your responsibilities

• Performing bioanalyses with LC-MS on various molecule types
• Developing, refining, and validating bioanalytical methods
• Generating, processing, and interpreting analytical data according to applicable quality standards
• Drafting analytical reports and clearly reporting results
• Preparing samples using techniques such as SPE and LLE
• Working with automated and robotic analysis technologies
• Thinking along about automation solutions to make workflows more efficient
• Analyzing data with suitable analysis tools, including R

You work accurately and analytically, feel at home in experimental research, and pick up new techniques quickly. Additionally, you communicate smoothly in a multidisciplinary working environment.

Hard skills

• Master's in Analytical Chemistry or a related scientific field
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in bioanalysis or analytical chemistry
• Experience with mass spectrometry, including Triple Quadrupole and/or HRMS
• Practical knowledge of liquid chromatography and sample preparation, such as SPE and LLE
• Experience with data analysis tools, including R
• Proficient knowledge of English
