Job Description

Your role as Project Leader Digital Solutions As Project Leader Digital Solutions, you guide the rollout of digital applications within a pharmaceutical environment. You ensure that processes run more efficiently and that teams can rely on the new solutions in their daily operations. In doing so, you collaborate with various stakeholders, such as technical experts, business teams, and external vendors. You monitor planning, scope, and budget, and ensure a smooth implementation with attention to adoption, training, and sustainable utilization.

Your responsibilities:

• You lead digital implementation projects from startup to delivery.
• You develop project plans, budgets, and risk analyses and monitor them closely.
• You coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external vendors.
• You develop deployment strategies, including test and rollback scenarios.
• You report project status and relevant KPIs to stakeholders.
• You support user adoption through clear communication and training.
• You identify improvement opportunities after implementation and ensure a proper handover.

You communicate smoothly with various stakeholders and know how to involve people in change. Thanks to your strong organizational skills, you maintain an overview in complex trajectories. You work in a structured manner and take responsibility for the progress of your projects.

You recognize yourself in these criteria:

• You have a master's degree in a scientific or technical field.
• You have at least 5 years of experience in project management within pharma or life sciences.
• You have experience with Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and/or Tech Transfer.
• You have experience with stakeholder management.
• You have a good knowledge of English.
• You are familiar with project management methodologies.
