Your role as Project Leader Digital Solution Deployment

As Project Leader Digital Solution Deployment, you will play a central role in the rollout of digital solutions within an MSAT environment. You ensure that processes run more efficiently and that teams are optimally supported in their daily operations. In doing so, you coordinate with various stakeholders, such as technical experts, business teams, and external suppliers. You monitor scope, timing, budget, and risks, and ensure that implementations are successfully delivered. In addition to the technical rollout, you also devote significant attention to adoption, training, and a sustainable anchoring of the solution within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Leading digital implementation projects from startup to delivery
• Developing and monitoring project planning, budget, KPIs, and risk analyses
• Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external suppliers
• Developing deployment strategies, including test and rollback scenarios
• Reporting on progress, results, and points of attention to stakeholders
• Guiding user adoption through communication, change management approaches, and training
• Identifying improvement opportunities after implementation and during the handover

You communicate smoothly with various stakeholders and know how to involve people in change processes. Thanks to your strong organizational skills, you maintain an overview in complex projects. You work in a structured manner, take ownership, and actively monitor the progress of your files.

• Master's degree in a scientific or technical field
• At least 5 years of experience in project management within pharma or life sciences
• Experience with Process Validation, Cleaning Validation and/or Tech Transfer
• Experience with project management methodologies and stakeholder management
• Good knowledge of English
