Operations Supervisor

Responsibilities and assignmentsResponsibilities and assignments: Be responsible for the deadline, scope, quality, and productivity of the fronts in execution. Elaborate and control the planning and schedule of the operation. Conduct alignment meetings and follow up on pending items. Anticipate deviations, interferences, and deadline risks, resolve what is within your authority, and escalate the rest. Ensure integration between disciplines and the consistency of deliveries at the interfaces. Report indicators, pending items, and critical points of the operation. Be the operational contact at the client, with direct interlocution with the client's technical and management areas. Size and allocate resources among the fronts according to demand.

Requirements and qualificationsPrerequisites:Completed higher education in Engineering (Mechanical, Production, Automation, Electrical) or related areas. Consolidated experience in supervision or operations management in an industrial or automotive environment. Experience in managing leaders or coordinators, and not just a direct team. Experience in operation allocated at a client: resident engineering, service contracts, or equivalent model. Intermediate English. Organized and autonomous profile, with the ability to sustain a technical position without wearing down the relationship with the client and willingness for the routine of deadline enforcement, handling pending items, and reporting. Driver's license category B.DifferentialsExperience with multidisciplinary team routines in works or product development.
