Product Analyst - Procurement

• Analyze engineering drawings, ensuring that all change information is complete in order to enable the manufacturing of prototype parts by the supplier;
• Obtain prototype parts from information received from engineering;

• Issue and internally monitor with buyers and approvers the progress of approvals for Purchase Requisitions (SC’s) and Fixed Production Orders (PFP’s), so that purchase orders are issued within the ideal timeframe to meet the vehicle assembly schedule; • Represent and channel information between engineering and suppliers in obtaining prototype parts;

• Keep the unified list and the Atom system updated

• Act in obtaining parts defined after B-Release, ensuring the assembly of pre-series vehicles within the established deadlines;
• Obtain quotation proposals from suppliers to open the purchasing process, such as Purchase Requisition (SC) and Fixed Production Order (PFP);

• Receive parts and check the availability of material reports, Nota Fiscal, and tooling reports; • Represent and take care of the pilot plant vehicles; • Contribute to the maintenance of quality and environmental certifications of Engbras and its customers.

• Strictly comply with safety standards in the work environment, using appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (EPIs) and ensuring that activities are executed safely

Requirements and qualifications Completed higher education in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, foreign trade or Production Management.
