Product Analyst - After-sales

Responsibilities and assignments

• Perform remote technical support for dealerships, authorized workshops, and field teams.
• Attend to and register technical tickets received via telephone, email, and corporate systems.
• Remotely analyze mechanical, electrical, electronic, and embedded software failures in vehicles.
• Guide diagnostic and repair procedures according to technical manuals and manufacturer standards.
• Perform escalation of complex cases to the Engineering, Quality, and After-sales areas.
• Prepare technical reports and document solutions for the corporate knowledge base.
• Identify failure trends and propose improvements for after-sales processes.
• Provide technical support to Latin American markets, ensuring alignment with the organization's global procedures.

Requirements and qualifications

Prerequisites:

• Technical or higher education in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related areas.
• Experience in diagnosis and repair of light and commercial vehicles.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and electronic automotive systems.
• Knowledge of automotive diagnostic tools.
• Ability to interpret electrical diagrams.
• Availability to work in a technical call center or remote support center environment.
• Advanced Spanish (Mandatory)
• Intermediate English.
