Process Analyst - Electronic Manufacturing

Responsibilities and assignmentsJob Description:Support and monitoring of installation activities with a focus on the electronics of vehicle manufacturing means (example: communication protocols between equipment);Preparation and evaluation of descriptive reports, containing the technical scope of equipment installations and services to be implemented in manufacturing processes;Technical monitoring of installation and buy off of production means – interface with areas;Management and monitoring of line performance – cycle time;Development and implementation of new processes;Elaboration of work instructions for planned stations.

Requirements and qualificationsPrerequisites:Degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Control and Automation, or related areas;Knowledge in electrical/electronic hardware;Knowledge of communication protocols between manufacturing equipment (especially those used in the automotive industry);Knowledge of production processes, industrial automation, and new technologies;Knowledge of digital industry (manufacturing 4.0);Knowledge of Project Management;Knowledge of FMEA;Advanced English.
