Job Summary

You will manage launch boat schedules, plan manpower, and support operational teams to ensure smooth, efficient marine operations while maintaining strong communication with customers and management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and organize launch boat schedules to ensure smooth daily operations
• Plan manpower resources and coordinate staff allocations to meet operational demands
• Review and improve processes and workflows to enhance productivity and operational efficiency
• Provide timely administrative and operational support to the operational team
• Respond promptly to customer calls regarding bookings and requests to ensure customer satisfaction
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with team members and stakeholders
• Report operational issues immediately to the management team for swift resolution

• Active listening and empathy skills to address customer and staff concerns
