Installation Method Lead (M/F)

Our water department team, which is in full expansion, is looking for a new Installation Method Lead (M/F) and it might be you! Are you interested in working on projects with high added value for the company?
Your mission, if you accept it:
- Technical Skills & Engineering Scope
Pipelines & Risers: J-lay, S-lay, as well as simple or multiple Risers systems. Structures & Connections: Design and installation of subsea structures, Spools, and Jumpers. Flexible connections & Umbilicals: Management of flexibles and umbilicals. Surface installations & Anchorages: Floaters (FPSO type...), anchoring systems, buoys, and offloading lines.
- Management & Interface Skills
Supervision: Coordinate engineering activities, provide technical and administrative supervision to the team, and monitor work progress. Complex interface management: Ensure the direct link between project teams, offshore operations, clients, and subcontractors. Compliance verification: Ensure that deliverables strictly meet offshore requirements, vessel/barge constraints, client specifications, and site feasibility.
- Operational Skills (Field & Offshore)
Autonomy: Ability to perform the service autonomously under the responsibility of the project manager. Support and Advice: Provide direct technical support to the installation team on board and advise the vessel management on technical aspects. Offshore administrative rigor: Participate in critical operations, guarantee execution according to the methodology, ensure feedback (REX), and ensure that checklists are completed and transmitted to the QC coordinator.
Language: Imperative mastery of English, both written and spoken.
