The Accounting and Finance Manager is responsible for managing the Association’s accounting and finances, both at head office and across its programmes and countries (Cambodia, Laos, Philippines and Vietnam). Qualifications

• Master’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting and financial management.
• Strong knowledge of international accounting software, particularly SAGE and SAGA.
• Fluent in English.
• Fluency in French would be a strong advantage.
