Your tasks

Under the responsibility of the Accounting Manager, you will be in charge of:

Accounts Payable Management

• Creation of supplier accounts and verification of legal mentions
• Scanning and entry of invoices in Continia [KF1.1] with validation tracking.
• Recording and payment of supplier invoices and reconciliation
• Analysis of supplier accounts and dispute tracking.
• Processing of expense reports on Medius (Expensya) through to recording and payment.

Accounts Receivable Management

• Customer invoicing
• Reminders and customer dispute tracking
• Analysis of customer accounts and reconciliation

Treasury Management

• Bank data entry
• Treasury monitoring and cash forecasting
• Calls for funds according to deadlines

General Accounting Management

• Payroll journal entries with analytical accounting
• Monthly payroll reconciliation
• Monitoring of fixed assets, depreciation, and reconciliation.
• Review and closing entries such as FNP-AAR-FAE-AAE-PCA-CCA-PAR-CAP…
• Interco reconciliation
• Completing the review file and supporting documents
• Filing and archiving
• Non-exhaustive list

Tax-Related Missions

• TVA, CFE, DADS2, DEB, CVAE, C3S, TVS and other taxes.

Requirements

You hold a BTS in accounting and have a minimum of 3 years of professional experience as an accountant.

You are methodical, very rigorous, and organized, and able to adapt very quickly to new tools.

You show great motivation, you are proactive, and you have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

You are proficient in MS Office, common software, and have skills in various accounting computer programs (Knowledge of Business Central would be a plus).

Conversational English is required for this position.
