Operations Officer

French subsidiary of a German family group, a pioneer in renewable energies and green hydrogen production. More than 6 GW of wind and photovoltaic power currently operated in Germany, France, and Poland. ENERTRAG in France is recognized for the quality of the wind farms and photovoltaic plants developed, totaling to date more than 500 MW in operation and more than 1,500 MW in the development phase.

To strengthen our development team, we are looking for an Operations Officer on a CDI contract. Under the responsibility of the Operations Manager, you will ensure the proper functioning and regulatory compliance of the parks during the operation phase and coordinate various on-site activities in compliance with safety instructions while ensuring the monitoring of the contractual commitments of the different stakeholders (maintenance, electrical grid, etc.).

Your main missions

Technical and operational management

• Daily monitoring of breakdowns and interventions
• Identification and handling of potential malfunctions and underperformance
• Proposal of improvement solutions in connection with stakeholders (repairs, retrofits, etc.)
• Planning and monitoring of inspections and maintenance, analysis and archiving of associated reports
• Claims management in connection with the insurer and the parties concerned
• Management of the interface with aggregators and grid operators
• Participation in the on-call service and shutdown/restart procedures of the parks if necessary

Client relations

• Preparation of monthly performance reports, analysis and validation of performance indicators (production, availability, power curves, breakdowns, etc.)
• Maintaining constant and transparent communication with clients
• Organization of regular meetings
• Proactive proposal of solutions to client needs, in connection with other departments and external stakeholders
• Organization of occasional interventions meeting specific needs of the parks
• Validation of invoices and variable remunerations of contracts (bonuses, indexation, etc.)

Your profile

• You are a graduate of a university or an engineering school or equivalent, or you have technical training
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience
• Your intercultural sensitivity allows you to work effectively in an international environment
• Fluent English is expected (reading, writing, speaking) to interact with central teams and certain clients
• Very good technical knowledge related to the operation of parks
• Good mastery of IT tools, notably MS Project and Excel
• Driving license B
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
