• Enersun Solar is a fast-growing residential solar company based in New Jersey, USA. We are expanding our international outbound sales team and looking for highly motivated, competitive, and experienced cold callers who know how to sell.

Your tasks

• Make outbound calls to US homeowners to introduce our residential solar savings program
• Build rapport quickly, take control of conversations, and generate genuine homeowner interest
• Confidently handle objections and turn skeptical prospects into qualified appointments
• Qualify homeowners based on homeownership, electricity usage, and eligibility
• Schedule in-home consultations for our US solar sales consultants
• Consistently meet and exceed daily and monthly performance targets
• Follow our proven sales process while bringing your own personality and sales ability to every conversation

Requirements

• What We're Looking For

• Excellent spoken English (C1 preferred) — Clear, fluent, confident, and natural when speaking with American homeowners
• Proven outbound sales experience — US solar, roofing, insurance, home improvement, or other US outbound sales campaigns strongly preferred
• Exceptional persuasion and objection-handling skills — You know how to overcome rejection and keep conversations moving
• Competitive, money-driven mentality — You love hitting targets, earning commissions, and being a top performer
• High energy and confidence — Strong personality, enthusiasm, and the ability to connect with people quickly
• Resilience and discipline — Comfortable making high volumes of outbound calls while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
• Reliable computer, stable internet connection (25 Mbps minimum), and a USB noise-canceling headset
• Ability to consistently work US Eastern Time hours

• Approximately 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM Egypt Time during US standard time, and 7:00 PM – 3:00 AM during US daylight saving time
