Your tasks
POSITION TO BE FILLED ASAP You will be the assistant to the HVAC Business Manager and will intervene throughout the entire duration of the business until delivery. You will lead the feedback experience on the business and participate in the continuous improvement of processes.
- Assist the Business Manager in the relationship with the Client and Classification for the HVAC profession throughout the duration of the business to ensure correct sales and presentations, as well as the implementation of corrective actions.
- Ensure general monitoring of the HVAC scope during the design, assembly, and testing phases.
- Contribute to risk management/management and the reduction of non-qualities.
- Contractual monitoring of subcontracting (design/assembly).
- Processing and arbitration on technical files.
- Progress monitoring and bottlenecks - Regular reporting on the progress of the business and on the achievement of objectives in terms of quality, cost, and deadline.
- Propose improvement plans and successfully carry out inherent progress actions.
Requirements

You have a generalist, thermal, or HVAC engineer profile with experience as a project manager / contract manager.
Spoken and written English required.
