About the role Admin and Customer Services role combining customer support with design and administrative responsibilities. Key responsibilities Assist with customer enquiries and follow-ups

Prepare simple artwork using design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canvas and etc.)

Handle general administrative duties and data entry

Coordinate with the production team when required

Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
