Job Summary

Supervise facility operations to ensure smooth service delivery, manage on-site teams, coordinate with stakeholders, and uphold safety and compliance standards in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate all facility operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth and effective service delivery
  • Act as the primary liaison between facility management, contractors, and building users to resolve operational matters efficiently
  • Monitor and manage on-site teams including technicians, cleaners, and security to ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards
  • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and service requests to ensure timely resolution and appropriate escalation
  • Conduct routine facility inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and regulatory compliance issues
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, maintenance activities, and shift handovers for operational transparency
  • Support the implementation of operational policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance facility management
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and contractual requirements relevant to facility operations
  • Prepare and submit detailed shift reports with recommendations for process improvements
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment by providing guidance and support to team members

Required competencies and certifications

  • Ability to perform rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays, as required

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Master’s Degree in Management, Science, Engineering, Building Services, or a related discipline
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in facility or operations management with supervisory or managerial responsibilities
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance processes, and workplace safety
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
