Electrical Engineer

Represent the EPC (or owner's engineer) to supervise, coordinate and document site electrical installation and commissioning works: •MV / LV switchgear, transformer, generator stator / exciter interface, MCC. •Cable tray & termination, lighting & earthing, VFDs, protection relays. •Synchronization with the PEA grid; support DCS / SCADA I/O checkout. •Prepare / review electrical commissioning records, test reports and close-out documentation. •Coordinate with mechanical and I&C teams to ensure lock-out / tag-out (LOTO) and safe energization during commissioning.

Qualifications: English is the working language; must be able to write daily reports, RFIs, meeting minutes and emails independently in English. Must be able to read engineering drawings and specifications in English (P&ID / GA / BOQ / method statement). Previous GULF / Thai PEA / EGAT interface experience. Experience in both EPC construction supervision and early O&M transition.
