Project Manager (m/f/d) Service Hub & Nacelle (Project Manager)

ENERCON GmbH Your tasks:

• Steering and further development of the strategy for the long-term availability of large components in cooperation with BU Service
• Ensuring part availability for the delivery units Nacelle and Machine House over the entire life cycle of the turbines (incl. phase-out and obsolescence strategies)
• Evaluation of market and supply chain developments regarding impacts on service part requirements
• Schedule and resource planning, prioritization, milestone tracking, prioritization of work packages, responsibility for results for the Supply Line
• Creation of management reports for Supply Line Lead and relevant committees
• Monitoring and enforcement of cost reduction initiatives within the described field of responsibility
• Continuous analysis of procurement and production structures as well as evaluation of operational risks for the achievement of defined KPIs
• Identification of operational risks incl. early warning systems (quality, delivery capability, missing parts, etc.)
• Preparation, moderation, and follow-up of core team meetings (agenda, KPI reports, decision documentation)

Your qualifications:

• Completed Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Sciences, Business Administration, or comparable
• Several years of professional experience in project management
• High technical understanding
• Structured, independent way of working, strong organizational talent as well as quick comprehension and a hands-on mentality
• Strong communication skills and flexibility
• Very good coordination skills as well as deadline management
• Fluent English in speaking and writing, as well as German skills are an advantage
• Class B driver's license and a high willingness to travel
