Your tasks:

• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of daily transports for direct transports and "last mile"
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of truck loading for direct transport and "last mile"
• Planning and updating of transport data in SAP & SCM (direct transports, follow-up transports)
• Logistics strategy including transport options, restrictions, specifications
• Logistic optimization and adjustment of projects, e.g., triggered by unpredictable events or for cost optimization
• Planning, coordination, and monitoring of transport permits & contact with local authorities
• Return of transport frames and construction site equipment
• Continuous quality control, checking the condition of components, systemic recording and reporting of deviations
• Participation in project kick-off meetings

Your qualifications:

• Successfully completed vocational training in transport/logistics
• Good technical and logistical understanding
• Professional experience in the transport sector, preferably in the heavy-duty sector
• Strong team orientation and communication skills
• Resilience, flexibility, and high level of commitment
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Good handling of all MS-Office applications and good SAP user knowledge
• English language in spoken and written form
