For more than 40 years, ENERCON has been one of the technology leaders in the field of wind energy. As the first manufacturer of wind turbines, the company implemented a gearless drive concept, which is a feature of all ENERCON wind turbines. Our service team ensures the maintenance, upkeep, and repair of our plants worldwide and guarantees their permanent technical availability.

To strengthen our team around Feldheim and Jüterbog (Hoher Fläming region), we are looking for a committed manager.

An annual gross salary of €73,000 is provided for this position, plus Christmas and holiday bonuses.

Your Tasks:

• You lead, develop, and motivate your team in the service area and ensure the efficient use of your employees
• You are an inspiring role model and promote a positive work culture
• You continuously develop your team and derive targeted improvement measures from key figures and observations
• You see occupational safety and the well-being of your team as your highest priority
• You are responsible for stock levels and inventories and ensure the availability of all required tools
• Service orientation is a matter of course for you
• You undertake entrepreneurial duties and monitor compliance with legal regulations

Your Qualifications:

• You have successfully completed technical training with qualification as a Meister / Techniker or alternatively a completed degree in a technical field, such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, mechatronics, or similar
• You have several years of professional experience and know-how in leading a team
• You are confident in using MS-Office applications and possess SAP knowledge
• You have good basic knowledge of English
• You communicate clearly and appreciatively, make decisions, and provide orientation for your team
• You are empathetic, possess a high degree of self-motivation, and enjoy a varied activity
• Due to the leadership responsibility in the service area, we prefer a place of residence in the Feldheim / Jüterbog region, in the southern Berlin and Potsdam surrounding areas, or in the adjacent regions of Dessau-Roßlau and Lutherstadt Wittenberg
