Inside Sales Representative (M/F)

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative (M/F) to join our inside sales teams to contribute to the monitoring and development of activities with multi-industry clients.

What does it involve?

Your main mission consists of managing a client portfolio with a growth objective linked to the company's strategy. To do this, you will manage your daily activity and promote the Endress+Hauser portfolio of products, services, and solutions.

What are the missions to be accomplished?

• Ensure sedentary sales to clients and manage all offers until the order is placed.
• Analyze client needs and develop adapted, competitive, and value-added technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure the monitoring and reliability of commercial data in the company's tools (CRM, SAP).
• Perform commercial follow-ups and ensure the monitoring of opportunities in compliance with internal processes.
• Contribute to achieving turnover and margin objectives within your scope.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Engineers and all internal departments (ADV, projects, logistics, finance, marketing.).
• Actively participate in client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Contribute to the promotion of the company's image and the continuous improvement of commercial practices.

What do we expect from you?

• Education: Bac +2/3 (BTS CIRA, DUT Mesures Physiques (or related), professional licenses) to Bac +5 or an Engineering degree in Automatisme, informatique industrielle, instrumentation, électronique(.), ideally supplemented by commercial experience in an industrial and instrumentation environment.
• You demonstrate a confirmed first experience in sales within the field of instrumentation or a related environment (mécanique des fluides, régulation). More advanced skills in automatisme, IIOT, and digital communication are a plus.
• Autonomous, your commercial drive, your capacity for initiative, as well as your team spirit will be the keys to your success.
• English: minimum B1+ level
