At the earliest possible date, we are looking for several Installation Coordinators (m/f/d) for our customer at the Papenburg location.

Your future area of responsibility as an

Installation Coordinator (m/f/d):

• Coordination of the work of contract partners in the assigned areas such as AC rooms, supply shafts, or deck areas
• Execution of on-site taktings
• Coordination of own trades in terms of quality, costs, and deadlines in complex technical areas until handover to the customer
• Estimation, assessment, and commissioning of additional work with assignment of costs and responsibility in coordination with the responsible supervisors
• Participation in the decision-making of all construction-relevant topics influencing resource planning, in direct consultation with supervisors
• Responsibility for all occupational safety-relevant points, safety – order – cleanliness, in the assigned areas
• Execution of risk assessments
• Execution of construction documentation, regular planning and steering meetings at the place of value creation, as well as claim management
• Execution of room acceptances with shipping companies and Class according to the reference test plan
• Technical focus areas are pipe, ventilation, and electrical installation as well as insulation (thermal fire and sound insulation)
• If necessary, activities at outsourced locations such as sea trials or warranty assignments

Your Profile

• Completed technical vocational training, further training to Meister (m/f/d) is desirable
• Relevant professional experience in one of the focus areas, preferably in the control of construction sites and assembly activities
• Good overall technical understanding, ideally in air conditioning technology, building technology, heating construction with the relevant components
• Confident handling of technical drawings and manufacturing documents, also in digital form
• Good communication skills in spoken and written form, also in English
• Team orientation and communication skills
• Commitment, structured way of working, flexibility, and resilience
