Partnerships Manager
About the company
ABOUT ENDEAVOR We are the network formed by the entrepreneurs leading the fastest-growing scale-ups in the world, who serve as great examples for the country.
We believe that the leaders at the helm of scale-ups are the ones who transform industries and drive economies. And so that they can continue generating even more impact, we support their growth:
- Generating decisive connections with our global network. We are specialists in matchmaking, connecting the right people in a neutral and safe environment for exchanges.
- Investing in businesses with high growth potential. We boost the impact of scale-ups in various markets through our co-investment funds.
- Encouraging our entrepreneurs to dream bigger. With every achievement, the benchmark for success changes and opens space for new accomplishments. Thus, we inspire future generations.
ABOUT THE AREA The Partnerships area enables the resources that sustain Endeavor's mission, building long-term relationships with companies, foundations, and the public sector. We connect partners to high-impact initiatives, such as the Scale Up program, content, studies, and Day One, generating value for brands and the entrepreneurial ecosystem.
Your tasks
The area is expanding: in addition to corporate sponsorship, we want to structure a non-reimbursable resources front (grants, public notices, and incentive laws) and fundraising for Endeavor's new headquarters.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prospect, negotiate, and close corporate sponsorships with counterparts (Scale Up, content, studies, Day One, platform), acting hands-on throughout the entire sales cycle;
- Proactively open new doors, building an independent pipeline beyond network referrals;
- Manage relationships with sponsors, ensuring the delivery of counterparts, renewal, and expansion of partnerships;
- Maintain close relationships with internal and external stakeholders to open new opportunities, ensure the service level of deliveries, and identify new products and partnership formats based on the demands arising from these conversations;
- Structure and manage the new non-reimbursable resources front (grants, public notices, and incentive laws), coordinating agencies and specialists;
- Organize the area: pipeline, CRM/spreadsheets, financial control of contracts, deliveries, and receipts;
- Coordinate and develop the partnerships team, ensuring prioritization, autonomy, and high-standard deliveries;
- Ensure revenue predictability, with forecasting and goal monitoring;
- Develop proposals, pricing, and commercial materials together with the Marketing, Community, and Ecosystem areas;
- Lead the “productization” of Endeavor solutions. Keep the partnership catalog and sales materials for each initiative alive and updated, together with Marketing, so that every proposal comes from a standardized portfolio;
- Map the sponsorship scenario of the ecosystem (who sponsors which events, with what ticket and counterpart) and use this as a basis for prospecting and pricing;
- Operate with AI in the commercial routine: prospect research, proposal preparation, follow-up, and pipeline updates.
