ABOUT ENDEAVOR

We are a network formed by the entrepreneurs leading the fastest-growing scale-ups in the world, who serve as great examples for the country.

We believe that the leaders at the helm of scale-ups are the ones who transform industries and drive economies. And so that they can continue generating even more impact, we support their growth:

  • By generating decisive connections with our global network. We are specialists in matchmaking, connecting the right people in a neutral and safe environment for exchanges.
  • By investing in businesses with high growth potential. We boost the impact of scale-ups in various markets through our co-investment funds.
  • By encouraging our entrepreneurs to dream bigger. With every achievement, the benchmark for success changes and opens space for new accomplishments. Thus, we inspire future generations.

ABOUT THE AREA

The mission in the Endeavor Entrepreneur Support area is to deeply understand the business challenges of companies that grow at an accelerated pace. We help founders develop personally and overcome growth hurdles through our local and global network.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Act as a strategic growth partner for high-impact entrepreneurs, directly supporting their main business challenges through the activation of the Endeavor network.
  • Manage a portfolio (averaging 10 to 12 companies) of companies in advanced stages of growth and maturity with high autonomy, conducting the relationship journey with entrepreneurs from end to end;
  • Support the Team Lead and Team Specialist with more mature companies in the portfolio and provide operational direction to Associates;
  • Perform deep diagnostics of companies, analyzing business models, financial metrics (e.g., P&L, cash flow, unit economics), and identifying the main growth bottlenecks;
  • Structure and execute support plans for each company, connecting strategic challenges to practical solutions through the network of mentors, investors, and specialists;
  • Perform high-quality matchings between entrepreneurs and mentors, ensuring context, preparation, and real impact of the connections;
  • Build trust-based, long-term relationships with founders, acting as a strategic partner — not just an executor; Conduct Kick-Offs, checkpoints, and deliveries directly with entrepreneurs.
  • Navigate and activate Endeavor's local and global network (entrepreneurs, mentors, investors, and peers), ensuring the best connections for each context;
  • Prioritize and manage a complex portfolio under pressure, balancing depth of service with scale;
  • Produce structured analyses and materials regarding companies and markets, with clarity in diagnosis and recommendation of paths;
  • Support the development of more junior team members, serving as a technical reference and elevating the quality of deliveries;
  • Lead or contribute to strategic initiatives in the area that improve products, processes, and the entrepreneur experience;
  • Act in the continuous improvement of the area's processes using Artificial Intelligence, seeking efficiency, scale, and quality in deliveries.

The Specialist is evaluated by concrete results in their portfolio, focusing on:

  • Quality of Connections — the quality and real impact of connections made with mentors, investors, and specialists;
  • NPS and engagement of EEs — the level of satisfaction and active engagement of entrepreneurs with Endeavor;
  • Portfolio coverage — ensuring that all EEs under their responsibility receive active and structured support;
