ABOUT THE AREA

Our mission in the Endeavor Entrepreneur Support area is to deeply understand the business challenges of companies that grow at an accelerated pace. We help founders develop personally and resolve growth obstacles through our local and global network.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitor the day-to-day of the companies led by Endeavor Entrepreneurs, analyze the company's moment, and discuss the main growth challenges to propose connections with the mentors in our network. These challenges include: attracting and retaining key talent, organizational culture, Go to Market strategies, M&A, fundraising with investors, and many others;
• Deep dive into business challenges, providing context and performing analyses on the moments of the entrepreneurs in your portfolios.
• Cultivate high-level relationships with entrepreneurs and mentors from the national and global network, understanding their profiles, ensuring assertive connections and decisive support to the founders;
• Collect metrics and indicators regarding the stage of the supported companies, perform analyses to deeply understand the business model and the needs of the Entrepreneur;
• Monitor area indicators and act on process improvement;
• Support the execution of events for the entrepreneur community, contributing to our engagement strategy;
• Study the technology and venture capital market, especially companies that grow at an accelerated pace (such as Zenvia, VTEX, Omie, Creditas, Pipefy, and many others);

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE

• Completed higher education;
• Experience in Scale-Ups, consulting (strategic or accounting), Investment Funds and/or other accelerators/institutions in the ecosystem;
• 2 years of experience in the job market;
• Advanced English (use for reading, creating materials, and participating in meetings/events in English);
• Availability for short-term national and international travel;

IT WILL BE A DIFFERENTIAL

• Knowledge of financial fundamentals (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow);
• Knowledge of company financing methods (Venture Capital, Credit, etc.);
• Knowledge of the Brazilian and international entrepreneur ecosystem.
