At Coforge, we are looking for a Senior Agile Project Manager (20787-11-5) with the following profile.

Main Responsibilities

Lead and facilitate the execution of strategic initiatives through agile methodologies, ensuring continuous value delivery and alignment with business objectives.

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, agile events, planning sessions, retrospectives, and workshops.

Promote and strengthen the agile culture within the teams.

Ensure the correct application of Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.

Lead and coordinate up to 3 agile teams simultaneously.

Identify and remove organizational impediments and manage dependencies between teams and areas.

Drive continuous improvement, self-management, and team predictability.

Support Product Owners and business leaders in backlog management.

Monitor agile indicators and performance metrics.

Develop and manage high-level schedules.

Track milestones, deliverables, and commitments.

Manage risks, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Maintain executive tracking of initiative status and prepare reports for stakeholders and leadership.

Coordinate necessary inter-area activities to meet project objectives.

Support budget planning when required.

Indispensable Requirements

+5 years of experience in roles such as Agile Project Manager, Senior Scrum Master, Agile Delivery Manager, Agile Team Facilitator, or similar.

Experience leading multiple agile teams simultaneously.

Experience in digital transformation projects, software development, Data & Analytics, or digital products.

Experience facilitating the adoption of agile methodologies in medium and large-scale organizations.

Experience managing business, product, and technology stakeholders.

Solid knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and agile practices.

Experience tracking initiatives through roadmaps, schedules, Gantt, and work plans.

Experience in risk management, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Advanced proficiency in Jira and Confluence.

Experience with Azure DevOps and Microsoft Project.

Bachelor's degree or graduated in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields.

Basic level English.

Availability to work under a hybrid modality, with in-person attendance 3 times per week in Miraflores.

Desirable Requirements

Scrum Master Certification (PSM, CSM, SMC, or similar).

SAFe Agilist or SAFe Scrum Master Certification.

Kanban Management Professional Certification.

PMI-ACP Certification.

PMP Certification.

Certification or experience in Management 3.0.

Knowledge of Agile Scaling, Agile Metrics, Team Coaching, Facilitation Techniques, and Value Stream Management.

Experience with Miro, Microsoft Planner, Teams, or Power BI.

Experience as an Agile Coach.
