Mid Project Manager

Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager or Project Lead leading technological initiatives, and experience managing software development projects, microservicios, or technological modernization.

Location: Perú.

Modality: Hybrid (office attendance 2 to 3 times per week).

At Coforge we are looking for a Mid Project Manager (#20799-6-6) with the following profile.

Main responsibilities

• Lead technological projects ensuring compliance with established objectives, deliverables, and commitments.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams oriented towards results and continuous improvement.
• Perform continuous monitoring of OKRs, KPIs, schedules, and work plans.
• Coordinate transversally with business and technology areas.
• Lead work, follow-up, and project planning meetings.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks of assigned initiatives.
• Develop and monitor roadmaps, business cases, and implementation plans.
• Promote process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives.
• Manage negotiations and alignment between stakeholders from different areas.
• Prepare and deliver executive presentations for different organizational levels.
• Ensure the correct execution and control of strategic projects.

Indispensable requirements

• Bachelor's degree or Professional degree in Ingeniería Informática, Ingeniería de Sistemas, Ingeniería de Tecnología de la Información, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Project Manager or Project Lead.
• Experience leading software development projects.
• Experience managing projects related to microservicios architectures.
• Experience participating in technological modernization initiatives.
• Experience in project budget management.
• Knowledge of project management under traditional and agile approaches.
• Knowledge of PMP.
• Knowledge of Scrum.
• Experience using MS Project.
• Experience using Jira.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
• Experience managing roadmaps, business cases, and strategic planning.
• Ability to interact with business and technology stakeholders.
• English level A2.

Desirable requirements

• Experience in banking, financial, or microfinance entities.
• Participation in digital transformation projects.
• Experience in high-complexity corporate programs.
• PMP Certification.
• Scrum Master Certification or equivalent agile certifications.
• Experience leading operational improvement and change management initiatives.
