We at Coforge are hiring for the position of Backend Java Engineer with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.
• Build and optimize cloud-native microservices deployed on AWS ECS.
• Develop and manage integrations with DynamoDB and other data storage solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, secure, and performant software solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in backend software development.
• Hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot.
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Experience with AWS services, particularly ECS.
• Hands-on experience with DynamoDB.
• Knowledge of software design patterns, clean code principles, and best development practices.
• Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts.
• Proficiency with Git and version control workflows.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with additional AWS services and cloud-native architectures.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker.
• Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems.
• Exposure to performance tuning and application monitoring.
• Experience with Linux OS.
• Experience with JIRA.
