Mid Financial Engineering Analyst

Key skills: Java, Node.js, NestJS, React, Microservices, APIs REST, SQL, NoSQL, DevOps, Financial Systems.

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience developing web applications under microservices architectures, with experience in backend development, frontend, and integration of solutions for financial environments.

Location: Peru.

Modality: Hybrid (in-person attendance 2 to 3 times per week).

At Coforge, we are looking for a Mid Financial Engineering Analyst (#20787-11-20) with the following profile.

Main responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain applications oriented towards financial risk management, treasury, and financial markets.

Participate in the development of technological solutions for critical business platforms.

Implement integrations and services based on APIs REST.

Guarantee the operational stability of financial applications and critical processes.

Optimize deployments and changes in production using DevOps practices.

Collaborate with business areas to ensure the correct functioning of the implemented solutions.

Participate in continuous improvement, optimization, and technological modernization initiatives.

Contribute to the analysis and resolution of incidents that may impact financial and operational processes.

Ensure compliance with quality, security, and software development standards.

Indispensable requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience developing web applications under microservices architectures.

Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with Java.

Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development with Node.js.

Experience developing applications with NestJS.

Minimum 3 years of experience in frontend development with React.

Knowledge of Angular.

Experience in design and consumption of RESTful APIs.

Experience working with relational and non-relational databases.

Experience with SQL and NoSQL.

Knowledge of DevOps practices.

Experience using CI/CD tools.

Knowledge of Hexagonal Architecture.

Knowledge of design patterns such as Factory, Strategy, Repository, and Dependency Injection.

Experience using Git and version control tools.

Knowledge of Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud platforms.

Knowledge of financial planning.

Intermediate level English.

Desirable requirements

Knowledge of financial products such as Forward and Swap.

Knowledge of Financial Risks.

Experience in treasury systems, financial markets, or commodities.

Experience in the integration of financial models through APIs.

Experience in critical financial processes and operational continuity.

Experience in financial risk management platforms.
